Shipping Information

Elsie Manufacturing has global shipping capability.

We have direct pick up and shipping within the north eastern Indiana. Direct pick up must be chosen on the shopping cart.

The below policies are binding on all customers and on all orders from Elsie Manufacturing. By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and accepts the below Terms and Conditions in full.

Elsie Manufacturing does not partial ship any orders.

Lead Time

For custom orders, Elsie has a lead time of three weeks for the manufacturing of your product.

Please note that lead time for your order begins the business day after we receive payment. If the paid day is the day before a weekend or holiday, your lead time will begin the next business day.

Lead times for orders do not include time in transit.

You can view your tracking information on the UPS web site after we ship your order. Elsie Manufacturing is not responsible for malfunctions from these web sites or from customer's e-mail programs that may prevent your tracking information from reaching you.

Shipping Discrepancies

• All shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise.
• Discrepancies reported after 5 business days will not be allowed.
